The Banquet Set Up plays a key role in ensuring seamless event execution by setting up and maintaining banquet spaces to the highest standards. **Job Summary:** The Banquet Set Up - On Call at Black Desert Resort is responsible for the setup, breakdown, and overall maintenance of banquet and event spaces. Reporting to the Banquet Manager, this role ensures that all events are properly prepared and executed, supporting banquet servers, event staff, and clients. The Banquet Houseperson ensures that the physical setup of events aligns with client expectations and resort standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient event environment. **Job Specifications:** **Onsite:** Black Desert Resort**Shift & Schedule Availability:** Year-Round / On Call **Pay Rate:** $14/hr plus portion of set up service charges. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
