- A minimum of one year of previous serving, bussing or back server experience
- Ability to take direction and help service staff, bartenders and managers serve guests.
- Must be available nights and varied days as business dictates
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card is required
- Ability to multi task and move quickly
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds

**Position Summary:** The Busser/Back Server will need to have excellent social skills, be highly motivated and feel comfortable working in a demanding position. Employee will be required to multi-task while assisting servers and bartenders with bar preparation (before, during and after shift), delivering food, refilling water, cleaning, stocking product, re-stocking ice, cleaning/re-stocking glassware, and changing kegs. Candidates also should have sufficient experience and food/wine/liquor knowledge to hit the ground running. Busser/Back Servers interact with guests, servers and bartenders in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.
