## Description

***KIA North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc.*** ***Company*** is seeking a *Service Valet.* The Service Valet plays a critical role in creating a positive first and last impression for dealership service customers. This position is responsible for greeting customers upon arrival, parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles through the service department.

***Responsibilities:***

- Greets customers needing transportation promptly and professionally
- Continually monitor the Service Drive to ensure vehicles are processed properly
- Properly tag and park service vehicle's in assigned spots and write down correct locations once vehicles are parked bring repair orders to dispatch in a timely manner
- Provides and ensures safe, reliable and comfortable customer transportation to and from the dealership, and to and from customer destinations
- Handles basic maintenance of transport vehicles including gas, oil and ensures required inspections are performed

***Requirements:***

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
- Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends & evenings.
- Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
