**Position Summary**

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department team. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day service operations, ensure customers receive clear communication and outstanding service, and help the department run efficiently and profitably.

**Compensation**

- $80,000–$100,000+ annually (Salary + Uncapped Commission)

**Responsibilities**

- Lead and support the service department team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Greet and communicate with customers regarding vehicle concerns, diagnoses, and repair recommendations
- Oversee diagnosis and repair processes to ensure accuracy and quality
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process, from drop-off to delivery
- Manage service department scheduling, workflow, and productivity
- Monitor department performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership service standards
- Coach and develop service advisors and technicians

**Qualifications**

- 2+ years of experience in automotive service or a dealership service department required; management experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Technical/trade school diploma or ASE certifications preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
