You will be responsible for managing product dosing and logistics, data collection, and partner communications to ensure projects run smoothly and meet their targets. You will interface with vendors and manufacturers to ensure on-time procurement and that our systems are meeting our specifications. You will play a key role in ensuring our dosing and sampling operations deliver process intensification results and greenhouse gas removal. You will be responsible for enabling CREW’s operations team, coordinating cross-functionally across the organization, and acting as the first point of contact for any system troubleshooting or issues by our partners in the field, as well as collecting their feedback and improvement suggestions. **Responsibilities** - Support day-to-day operations at partner wastewater utilities including scheduling, dosing execution, tracking, and hitting site targets. - Manage material inputs ordering, inventory, and delivery logistics, including interfacing with and managing vendors and manufacturers to hit procurement timelines and specifications. - Track logistics and material costs, reconcile POs and delivery records across procurement and tracking systems, and support financial reporting for deployments. - Coordinate sample collection and maintain complete, verification-grade operational records that account for dosage changes, onsite activity, equipment issues and resolutions both in Airtable and the ops log, supporting internal teams and third-party verifiers. - Develop working knowledge of CREW's dosing, delivery, and sampling systems to be able to diagnose and resolve common field issues independently. - Serve as the first point of contact for partner issues and resolve routine requests directly and escalate to engineering with a clear problem statement, steps already taken, and supporting data. - Author and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and site quick-reference documentation, with engineering and science serving as technical reviewers rather than primary authors. - Travel to deployment sites to support commissioning, material deliveries, and maintenance events to build firsthand understanding of how systems operate day to day. - Own system maintenance tracking, and build the reporting tools that give partners and internal teams visibility into site performance. - Quarterback partner meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up. - Manage cross-functional workflows between engineering, science, verification, and leadership teams to align on deployment needs. **Experience Requirements** - 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, utilities, field deployments, or a related area. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, Earth Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Operations Management. - Outstanding communication skills, both internal and external facing. - Demonstrated ability to drive customer success and satisfaction in operational deployments. - Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities in parallel. - Experience with data tracking, reporting, and basic operational tools (Excel/Sheets, project management software, etc.). - Comfort being in an operational industrial and utility environment. - Demonstrated ability to learn a technical system well enough to document it.. - Experience writing operational or technical documentation for non-specialist audiences. - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. - Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment where priorities can shift on a monthly basis. - You practice extreme ownership (no task is too small). - You love being in the trenches with your team and working with high empathy. - You have a growth mindset. **Bonus Qualifications** - Certifications in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or similar). - Experience in the wastewater industry **Compensation** Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of the total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity through the form of option grants, flexible paid time off, 401(k) plan, well equipped office environment, and health benefits offerings. The expected base salary range for this role is $90,000–$120,000.
