## Description

**- Starting at $**[**18.00/hr**](http://15.00/hr)**, up to $**[**22.00/hr**](http://17.00/hr) **(based on experience), plus an additional $1/hr for FLEX premium**

**- Full-Time, Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm**

**- availability needed on weekdays and weekends**

- Must be willing and able to travel to: Lancaster, Westerville, Grove City, and Reynoldsburg

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving results, and creating exceptional store experiences? We're looking for an **Assistant Store Manager** to support daily store operations, lead teams, and ensure every project is completed with excellence. In this role, you'll partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding execution, coach team members, and help create a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.
