We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused **Assistant Store Manager** to help lead our cannabis retail team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, maintain compliance with all state regulations and company policies, and help create a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient environment for both customers and employees.

## Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, feedback, and performance management.
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, product merchandising, and stock levels.
- Assist with cash handling, deposits, and daily financial reconciliations.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while promoting a positive shopping experience.
- Help achieve sales goals and key performance metrics through effective leadership and team engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.

## Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership or management experience, preferably in cannabis, retail, hospitality, or a highly regulated industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Must meet all state requirements for employment in a licensed cannabis dispensary.
