# **Assistant Foreman**

### **What You’ll Do:**

**Co-lead** a construction team of **1-2 other members**  
**Load and transport** materials, tools, and equipment for each project  
Follow **all safety guidelines** to ensure a secure work environment  
**Install** each job using **company-approved methods**  
Provide customers with an **exceptional "WOW!" experience**

### **What We’re Looking For:**

**Construction experience preferred, but not required** – we will train the right candidate!  
**Valid driver’s license** with a safe driving record  
**Ability to travel** as needed  
**Physical capability** to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl  
**Willingness to work overtime** when necessary
