**What You’ll Do**As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly and meeting customer expectations. Responsibilities include:

- Assembling products according to specifications and quality standards
- Preparing and packaging assembly orders for shipment accurately and on time
- Building skids and securing products for transport
- Receiving incoming parts and placing them in the correct inventory locations
- Working collaboratively with team members to support daily production goals

**What We’re Looking For**

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required — training is provided
- **Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check**
