You will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement recommendations, managing the implementation of changes within operations, standardizing user documentation, creating processes that motivate action, and interacting with all partner teams. You will initiate and oversee operational improvement efforts for Google Cloud Logistics, analyze operational impacts to inform improvements, work with key stakeholders, motivate innovation within the operational teams, and create presentations or documents for the leadership team highlighting operational performance and improvements.The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. Ensure performance to the aligned Service Level Agreements (SLA), promoting business continuity, with participation in Program Management activities. - Manage metrics for key performance indicators, vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes or improvements. Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives in a fluid environment with many interdependencies.
