If you are looking for a ***FUN*** and ***AWESOME*** place to work, look no further! Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is looking for an energetic and organized **Aquatics Manager** to join our team.

This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, so candidates must be comfortable multitasking, managing and supporting a team, and staying organized throughout the day. **Evening availability and one weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday) are required for this position.**

**Salary:*$50,000+ per year, based on experience***

**Requirements:**

- Availability to work full-time, 40-45 hours per week
- Availability to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts
- Availability to work **one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) from 8:30am-3pm**
- Ability to manage, lead, and support a team
- Ability to work alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- 2 years of swim experience
- 2 years of management or leadership experience

**Schedule Requirements:**

This position requires **40-45 hours per week**, including **4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).** Weekday schedules will include a combination of earlier and later shifts within our operating hours, with **availability to work until close on select weekdays required.** The weekend shift is **8:30am-3pm**, with Saturday and Sunday rotating weekly.
