**About the Role**

As a **Groundskeeper** at **Vistas** in **Lynchburg, VA,** you'll be the heartbeat of our community's curb appeal and cleanliness. Our team is dedicated to helping further the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team. Through our training and mentorship program, "The Park Academy," we will help build those with positive and eager-to-learn attitudes to grow and succeed.

**No experience required-just a positive, eager-to-learn attitude!**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Maintain beautiful grounds and common areas

- Remove litter and debris

- Assist with turnover cleaning and painting

- Support the maintenance team with various tasks

- Other duties as assigned

**What We're Looking For**

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Ability to perform physical activities (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders/stairs, reaching above shoulders, grasping/gripping/turning, lifting/carrying equipment, supplies, and other materials, etc.)

- Commitment to our values of professionalism, customer service, and teamwork

- Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to high performance in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Please Note:** Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

**Pay**: $19.00 per hour

**Work Location**: In Person
