We are hiring an **Apartment Community Manager** for our apartment community, **Lasselle Place, in Moreno Valley, CA.**

Our Community Managers are business leaders who drive property performance through operational excellence, financial oversight, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and sales success. In this highly visible role, you will lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, and create an outstanding experience for both residents and team members while achieving the community's financial and operational goals.

***What We Offer***

- **Expected salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity.** Final compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and market factors.

***What You Will Do***

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of leasing and maintenance professionals.
- Foster a culture focused on customer service, accountability, and results.
- Oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing performance, resident retention, maintenance operations, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the property budget and drive revenue growth while controlling expenses.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and legal requirements.
- Build strong relationships with residents and resolve concerns professionally and effectively.
- Use property management systems and reporting tools to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

***What You Have***

- **Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, preferably within property management, hospitality, retail, or a related service industry.**
- **At least 2 years of leadership experience in property management.**
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment.
- Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
- Strong sales mindset with demonstrated success using metrics and performance data to achieve results.
- Working knowledge of budgets, financial statements, and operational reporting.
- Experience using property management platforms and technology tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- **Reliable transportation.**
- Flexibility to work a schedule that typically includes **Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.** (hours may vary based on business needs).
