We currently have an opportunity as a **35 hour/week Part-Time Member Service Rep (Teller)** at our **Darboy** Location (N9660 County Rd N, Appleton, WI 54915): - **Starting Pay:** Minimum of $18.50 - **Additional Compensation:** * Bilingual Differential: Additional **$1.50** per hour for bilingual skills * Weekend Differential: Additional **$1.00** per hour for hours worked on weekends, stackable with bilingual differential - **Quarterly Net Promoter Score Bonus**: Eligible for an additional bonus. - **Hours:** 35 hours per week - **Work schedule:** * **Monday - Friday:** Flexible between8:15 AM - 5:15 PM * **Saturday:** Once a month 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM - **Location:** Darboy Branch - N9660 County Rd N, Appleton, WI 54915 As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for: - Providing professional, friendly and personalized member service during each interaction. - Act as the face of the organization and one of the first points of contact for our members - Accurately processing a variety of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, etc.). - Creating conversations with members to help identify their needs - Providing information and education about various products and services - Making appropriate referrals, suggestions and referrals to other team members who specialize in different areas such as loans, investments, mortgages, etc. What could make **YOU** a great candidate for this opportunity? - High School Diploma or GED required - A passion for helping people and being part of an awesome team - Excellent verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Customer Service experience - Ability to hear, assimilate and solve problems quickly, using a member service approach ***Grow your career.
