Our revolutionary $70 million campus, completed in 2012, features 131,000 square feet of advanced medical facilities including all private patient rooms, expanded emergency services, comfortable labor and delivery suites, diagnostic services, and a specialized Transitional Care Unit. The adjacent 45,000 square foot Medical Plaza houses comprehensive services including primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, women's diagnostic services, wound care, rehabilitation, and specialized programs in cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation, sleep medicine, and diabetes management.

The expansion signifies a 75% increase in capacity for the ICU, adding six beds to the eight that are currently available. The new construction also includes the expansion of an advanced care unit (ACU) and build-out space for a new surgical suite, enabling Clark Regional to expand surgery as the needs of the community demand.Position Summary: Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. Documents patient care given. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
